Ari Volovelsky – cello

Ari Volovelsky is the newest member of the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. He had the privilege of studying at the Australian National Academy of Music in Melbourne, at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester NY, and at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. Cello has taken Ari around the world, from solo competitions in China, to chamber music festivals in Finland, and touring Europe with his beloved Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

Ari will be a guest artist at two Special Classes on Tuesday 3rd November 2026.
